Email support@heartuned.org within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, with no forms and no questions about whether you tried hard enough. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
If something has gone wrong with a charge, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We would much rather fix it directly, and we answer every message. Full detail is in the Refund Policy.
The program is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel. The membership renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel yourself at any time from Account → Subscription inside the member area, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops all future renewals; your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and there is no cancellation fee.
We run limited-time launch pricing on the program. Any discount, comparison price, or deadline shown on a promotional page applies only while that promotion is running, and the price shown on the page is always the price charged at checkout. Promotions cannot be combined, are not applied retroactively to earlier purchases, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Where a free trial is offered on the membership, its length and terms are stated on the page offering it.
Everything we sell is digital and delivered immediately inside your account at heartuned.org. Nothing is shipped, so there are no physical returns. The Service is available internationally wherever our payment processors operate. Charges are made in USD, and your bank may add its own conversion or foreign-transaction fee. You are responsible for any taxes or duties that apply where you live.
